This spacious 2,500 sq. ft. house showcases a mixture of modern and traditional styles with sleek architectural details and luxury amenities. Located in beautiful Reavencrest, you’ll find yourself in a desirable cul-de-sac with a beautiful fenced back yard. You won’t have to venture out into the city to enjoy a relaxing vacation right in your own home. This house is a short stroll to community amenities, such as an outdoor pool, tennis courts and a lovely playground. You’ll be close to shopping, dining and entertainment at nearby Stonecrest and Blakeney Shopping Centers.
As you enter the house, it immediately impresses you with its spacious and open floorplan, wall-to-wall windows and high ceilings spanning from the 1st to the 2nd floor. But the real star of this stunning house is its newly upgraded kitchen. This chef’s kitchen comes with new cabinets with lighting, a custom extended island with quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a farm-style sink and a built-in bar/wine rack.

House rules
• NO PARTIES or excessive noise. Guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am.
• NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odor.
• Pet Policy
Pets are allowed at an additional ($300+ Tax) fee and $500 pet deposit.
The guest must inform about the pet right after the reservation.
One pet per unit max. The maximum weight limit is 25 lbs.
All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces. The pet owner must pick up all waste. Dogs must not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors. The pet owner is responsible for all damages in the property.
Any violation of the policy will incur a $500.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to clean the unit.
