Nested between NoDA and Plaza Midwood, this quirky artist's home has a natural oasis in the back with honeybees, native plants, a massive fig tree, and a three-person hammock stand disguised as mushrooms. This home will give you the accessibility, even safely by bike, to local neighbor joints, while also providing you a private oasis to relax and spend time to yourself and friends, new and old.

The space
Inside, the space includes a comfy queen-size bed, newly renovated full bath (shower and bathtub), two closets, a cozy living space with a reading nook in the corner. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances sans microwave - fridge, freezer, gas stove, electric oven, food processor, french press, dishes, silverware, even dried goods like beans, oatmeal, chia seeds, and more. Full laundry room with detergent.

There is a screened in porch in the front and an entire fenced-oasis in the back with edible and medicinal plants. You are welcome to sniff and harvest anything for your culinary needs!
