« We had a wonderful stay! Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish. The home had plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and we especially enjoyed relaxing by the river and watching the barges go by throughout the day. A great spot for a peaceful getaway with family or friends. »

« The pictures in the listing do not begin to do this place justice. The sunsets, the skyline, the waves crashing below the balcony, it felt like I got a steal every time I looked through the windows. We even got to see the property from the river when we took the Belle of Louisville steamboat cruise.You're only 10 minutes from the nearest shopping strip with grocery stores, gas stations and great places to eat. I thought the on-site parking was going to be a bit of a headache but I had no trouble...

« I think the kitchen was missing a few essential items and the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Nothing major but it didn’t give the best first impression. Once we settled in, we saw the charm and appreciated that the home was functional. But little details like one tv remote not working, one porch light was out, no 9x13 baking dishes, and the property address not clear on the mailbox kept us from giving this a higher rating. We would stay with this host again since everything else was positive...
