Upon ascending a small set of stairs to the right side of the home, you'll be greeted by the entrance door adorned with a distinguished Carolopolis Award plaque, a testament to the preservation efforts that make Charleston's historic structures truly exceptional.
Stepping inside, a private stairwell leads you to the second-floor unit, where a welcoming living area awaits bathed in natural light. The living space seamlessly extends to a balcony, complete with a Smart TV tuned into Peacock Premium TV, providing access to your favorite shows, movies, live news, and sports. A dining table for four adds functionality to the area.
Adjacent to the living space, concealed behind an accent wall adorned with chic blue palm wallpaper, you'll discover the first of two bedrooms. Ideal for relaxation, work, or gearing up for a day of city exploration, this bedroom features a desk, king-size bed, full-length mirror, TV, ceiling fan, and an open closet. The nearby bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower with a refreshing rain shower head.

This culinary haven provides access to the second bedroom, which showcases a cozy color palette, mounted TV, ceiling fan, king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom.

From the map provided, you can see we are close to the Septima P. Clark Parkway so guest may experience some traffic noise. For those that are sensitive to noise, we have provided small "white noise" machines to assist with a peaceful nights sleep.

Wonderful home base for our explorations of Charleston. Clean and inviting spaces, well cared for. Loved the numerous porches. Washer and dryer on site always a huge plus (especially with SC's heat and humidity). Great neighborhood for walking with numerous restaurants and breakfast spots (we particularly recommend Daniela's Downtown and Little Line).

We absolutely loved this property! Easy to Uber to shopping and food. Cute, comfy, easy to get in contact with the host, and had everything we needed for our short stay in Charleston! When we come back, we will definitely stay again.

Girls Trip
Best spot close to all the attractions and 30 minute drive to the beach. My friend and I were able to walk every morning and get coffee at Daniela’s or Bad Bunnies coffee shops. Our uber rides were 5-7 minutes to popular downtown spots. We enjoyed our stay. Quiet and well rounded area. Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful home
This was just as listed. Historic and beautiful. Located on a very busy road so you will hear a lot of traffic. Did need a car to get to downtown Charleston to explore.
