The Space: Welcome to the Lady Helene! This new construction property is three separate units in one building. Lady Helene is perfect for large groups who are looking for lots of space but also the availability of privacy.

Unit A:
Suite A, a beautifully renovated home in the heart of downtown Charleston, steps away from King Street and close to all the most popular attractions. Step into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, featuring a curated, mid-century modern aesthetic with lovely textiles and design elements. The bright, eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with open shelving for ease of use, and seating for three at a built-in peninsula. The first guest room offers a queen-size bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and decorative fireplace original to the historic home (decoration only). Further, into the space, you’ll pass a beautifully designed shared half bathroom with a charming combination of wallpaper and paneling. The second guest room includes two twin-sized beds set against a wallpapered accent wall, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a shower/tub combination. The primary suite features a bohemian-style king-sized bed under exposed wooden beams, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom, with a gorgeously tiled walk-in shower.

Unit B:
Unit B, a meticulously renovated home in the heart of downtown Charleston, steps away from King Street and close to all the most popular attractions. As you approach the front door to the home, you’ll see the private breeze-way style porch including a comfortable seating area with a bench and chairs, as well as a café table for two; the perfect place for a coffee and croissant to start the day. Step into the open concept living, dining and kitchen space, featuring a curated, mid-century modern aesthetic and statement making, bespoke cabinetry. The bright, eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped, with seating for four at a built-in peninsula. Adjacent to the formal living room is a games room, offering a shuffleboard table, additional seating for entertaining, and a Smart TV above the decorative original fireplace; look up and you can see part of the original lofted structure of the 100+ year old building. The first guest room offers two twin-sized beds set against a striking floral wallpapered accent wall, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Further into the space, you’ll pass a beautifully designed shared half bathroom with a stunning combination of a modern tropical wallpaper and dramatic paneling. Two additional bedrooms include stunning queen-sized beds under vaulted ceilings, unique accents, Smart TVs and ensuite bathrooms with single vanities and beautifully tiled walk-in showers. The primary suite offers a stylish king-sized bed, a decorative brick fireplace, seating area, a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a massive double vanity and a handsomely tiled walk-in shower.

Unit C:
Step into the open concept living, dining and kitchen space, featuring a curated, mid-century modern aesthetic. The pass-through, eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped, with seating for two at a built-in coffee bar. The cozy living room with exposed beams and beautiful textiles is the perfect place to catch your breath during a whirlwind trip to Charleston. Past the kitchen, you’ll find the first guest room, offering a queen-sized bed in an atmospheric, dark blue palette, with a Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a blush pink double vanity and walk-in shower tiled in unique shades of grey. This entire first floor is fully ADA accessible with bedroom and en suite accessible bathroom and shower also an accessible pathway from public sidewalk, entry threshold, and throughout the apartment. The second downstairs bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed set against a stunning floral wallpaper, with a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and large walk-in tiled shower with beautiful copper fixtures. Heading upstairs, you’ll see a lovely, cushioned reading nook in a wallpapered alcove. Also upstairs, is a third bedroom with two twin-sized beds in a warmly wallpapered room, with a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom that includes a single vanity and shower/tub combination. The primary suite is also upstairs and features a king-sized bed in a blush-toned room, with a Smart TV and ensuite with a large single vanity and tiled walk-in shower.


Construction of a new home next door to this unit is to start January 2023.

The property was amazing. I wish I knew it was surrounded by frat boys that would be more or less coming home drunk and hugging the house yelling and screaming at 3-4 in the morning

The Lady Helene was a beautiful new place that accomodated 3 generations of my family (19 of us) comfortably. Location: was very centrally located and accessible. Short drives: 13 minutes from CHS, 7 minutes to City market, 10 min to Patriot’s point. Parking: ample parking available privately for us and we didnt have to do street parking Amenities: The kitchen was fully stocked with enough plates,bowls,glasses and kitchen utensils as we prepared meals regularly Rooms/bathroom: The property had 9 rooms which we all rented out located in 3 units. All rooms had in suite bathrooms which is not something you see in a lot of vacation homes. Appliances: Full size GE washer and dryer weere available in each unit and all appliances functioned with no issues. Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent were thoughtfully provided. ADA: one of the bathrooms in the ground floor rooms was fully equipped with disability access and necessary fixtures which was very helpful for my elderly father. Checking in and out was seamless and StayDuvet (management with concierge service) provided answers to questions promptly. Thank you Stay Duvet and Lady Helene for our memorable and comfortable experience during our visit to Charleston.
