All bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms have been renovated for modern comforts.

The unit has coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all vital check-in information three days before arrival. Please enter through the front door of our historic Charleston home, which is the private entrance to the unit. Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis.

Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
