This historic antebellum home has been transformed into "The Palms" - a luxury boho chic retreat that features a stunning courtyard with hot tub for outdoor gathering. Imagine lounging underneath palm trees in your own private oasis in the center of the city - all just 1 block to King St! Perfect for large groups, this charming home consists of 3 private suites with outdoor spaces and off-site parking for 3 vehicles.

• Parking: 3 parking spaces are provided at an off site parking lot located on the same block as the home. The parking lot is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 min walk.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is one block from King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.
Getting Around:
• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops
• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions
• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown
Other Things to Note:
• No parties or events.
• Hot tub hours 9am - 9pm.
• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Stairs required – Suites B & C are located on the 2nd / 3rd floors.
• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants or children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.
• For security purposes only, there are two exterior cameras. They monitor the patio and brick alley entrance.
• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.
