2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Seagrove Villa 5B is one of Wild Dunes’ most unique offerings — a beautifully updated two-bedroom condo that feels less like a resort rental and more like a private retreat nestled in the Lowcountry canopy. Guests consistently describe the experience as being in a treehouse, and once you step onto that private porch with ocean sounds and swaying oaks all around you, you’ll understand exactly why.

Freshly updated in 2026 with all-new finishes, the condo is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. Each bedroom has its own full en suite bathroom — a king in the first bedroom, two queens in the second — so everyone has their own space. The Seagrove Villas oceanfront pool is right there, and the beach is just a 90-second walk. Wild Dunes’ golf, spa, dining, and bike trails are all a short stroll away.

Seagrove Villa 5B guests have exclusive access to the Seagrove Villas oceanfront pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your villa community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball

Pay-to-play court time is available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. We also recommend the free tennis and pickleball courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center — just a quick drive down Palm Blvd!
