Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

The property was everything we had hoped for. Each of the 5 bedrooms had it's own bathroom which was perfect for us. We were very pleased with the amenities including a hair dryer in each bathroom, iron, etc. The property was spotless, the beds were fabulously comfortable, the living room/kitchen were easy to hang out in. Check-in was a little bumpy and took 45 minutes to resolve in determining where 3 of the 5 bedrooms were located. Sounds silly, but it wasn't intuitive how to find the door leading to the 3 bedrooms particularly because the keypad code used on the front door did not work on the interior door. The property support person was very helpful, and patient, and was able to resolve the issue by remotely re-coding the interior door. We were a little concerned with that being our first impression but the rest of our stay was flawless.If you are a light sleeper we would recommend bringing/wearing earplugs as the property is at the corner of 2 relatively busy roads and 2 of our 6 visitors had a little trouble sleeping (picked up earplugs the 2nd day and all was fine after).With all that said, we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Charleston!
