Isle of Palms Getaway – Pool, Beach, Dining & Fun Right Outside Your Door!

Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation is right at your fingertips! This beautiful Isle of Palms home sleeps up to 14 guests, with 7 spacious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Step outside and enjoy access to a private neighborhood pool located just behind the house, shared with only six homes—so it never feels crowded. And when you’re ready for the beach, you’re just a quick one-block walk to both the ocean and the lively Front Beach area.

"Front Beach" is known for its fun, laid-back vibe, with great restaurants, ice cream shops, local stores, and live music at the famous Windjammer—plus events and festivals throughout the year.

Bright & Open Living Spaces
The second floor is the main gathering spot, featuring a light-filled open layout with the living room, dining area, and kitchen all flowing together. It’s the perfect place to hang out after a day in the sun.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and two breakfast bars with seating for eight. Just off the kitchen, the dining table seats eight more, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, and opens onto a covered deck with outdoor seating—perfect for catching the ocean breeze.

Also on this level are two bedrooms tucked just off the kitchen:
**One queen bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom
**One king bedroom with access to a shared hall bathroom (Both include Roku TVs.)

Room for Everyone Upstairs
The third floor features five additional spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a convenient laundry area. Every bedroom includes a Roku TV, so everyone has their own space to unwind.

A Few More Details:

High-speed Wi-Fi is included, along with cable on the living room TV. All bedroom TVs are streaming with Roku.
**Bed linens, bath towels, and a starter set of toiletries are provided (one towel set per guest).

Starter supplies include:
**Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, 1–2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, and travel-size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap.

Keurig coffee maker provided
Gas grill located in the garage (propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during business hours)

Please note: Beach towels and beach chairs aren’t provided, but they’re easy to rent locally.

Open seasonally from April 15 through October 15

**No parties or events of any kind (including bachelor/bachelorette, weddings, or graduations). Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
