This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Beautiful unit. Fantastic layout. Perfect spot for a home base during a stay in Charleston. Many restaurants within walking distance. We loved the patios and pool table. Many amenities like extra toiletries. We passed along a few small things to the property manager and the response was very quick. Finding the parking can be a bit challenging because it's behind another building, but it's very close. Would stay here again.

The penthouse pad is very nice. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. Has all your needs ready for you.Only inconvenience is you have to park in a parking garage behind where you are staying and carry all your luggage and everything to and from the parking garage. Just wanted to mention that for anybody that has trouble getting around.

Living in the Lowcountry, we visit Charleston often. For this visit, we brought friends from Dallas who had never been. The condo was perfect for our needs. The size and location were perfect and having a place to start our days out slowly and to relax after a long day was wonderful. The condo is very well equipped and exactly as pictured in the listing. We would definitely stay again!

Great Experience
We have stayed at a few VRBO places over the years. They have all been memorable. Some we’ve stayed at more than once. This one is at the top of the list. If we find ourselves back in Charleston, I will be looking to stay here again. It was a great location, clean, and spacious. It was super easy to communicate with the host and the concierge was very helpful and both were very responsive. 5 stars all the way around!

Beautiful penthouse
Beautiful accommodation-spacious and modern. The owner is exceptionally prompt and courteous about communicating. Parking was close, free, and convenient, and entry/exit into unit was really easy. Having the elevator available was great. The mattresses were unbelievably comfortable!The noise late at night and very early in the morning was the only issue we had during our stay. Probably not to be unexpected on King St., but it was really bad. The penthouse is great and we appreciate the owners’s hospitality!

The property was better than expected. Online pictures didn’t do it justice. Fantastic location if you are looking to be in the heart of the shops and restaurant area. Only drawback for us was that since you are in the hear of things, it is very noisy until 2-3AM. By 4-5AM the street sweeper and garbage trucks are so pound there is no way you are sleeping. Great property to be in the heart of things. Maybe not good for young kids or anyone who values a good nights rest.

we loved our stay here. very spacious 3rd floor loft with great balconies. super clean and comes with everything you need esp espresso & coffee! Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. it got noisy at night but the owners have white noise makers to block out the street noise. overall enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Lovely Apartment
Never having visited Charleston, SC before, I spent considerable time choosing an accommodation for a special family birthday. Since we are in our 80s, we definitely depended on availability of the advertised elevator to our 3rd floor apartment. Upon entering we saw that elevator had been out of order for over a week, and was unavailable! It was also obvious host had not checked this (we had no notice), there were no clothes hangars, and kitchen floor was not clean. We reported the elevator immediately, and host receptionist was quite understanding/empathetic in trying to make it right; however, with no other comparable accommodation available, we had an adjustment to cost made, but still had to carefully manage the challenging stair situation.

Great visit and great location
We stayed 3 nights. The place was easy to find and the parking garage is very close. The communication with the host/property manager was great. Check-in instructions are easy to follow and gaining access was not an issue. The penthouse is very clean and decorated very well. The beds are comfortable and it was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Having the small bathroom was nice as well. The kitchen is at the center of the penthouse and is large. All appliances worked and having the coffee amenities there was nice. The balconies are great to hangout in. It was cold while we were there so we did not get to enjoy them as much as we wanted but I guess we just need to come back when it is warmer. The location is great. We walked to almost everything. You have access to great restaurants and bars without needing a car. There were 4 of us in our group, two couples. This place is perfect for that type of getaway. If and when we come back, we would definitely stay here again.

Accurate description- super clean and perfect location. Hosts are reactive but easy to deal with. Premium price but premium space. Best in Charleston imo.
