Positioned in the heart of Isle of Palms, this charming 2nd floor condo is just steps from a private pier and sandy shore, with shopping, dining and entertainment close by. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from a private balcony overlooking a community pool and beautiful natural dunes. Unwind and relax with breathtaking sunrises that paint the morning sky vibrant hues of orange and pink. Located just off the IOP Connector, making a trip to nearby Mount Pleasant or Downtown Charleston is easy and stress free!
Decorated with relaxation and enjoyment in mind, this unit is one of the most economical vacation rentals available in a premium location on the IOP - a seaside vacation condo ideal for a small family, a romantic getaway, or maybe just some much needed quiet time for yourself. Sleeping four comfortably, there is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, one built-in twin-like bed (24" x 72") in the hallway, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Four (4) adults max.
Fully equipped kitchenette, with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, allows the flexibility to cook and dine in after a long day in the sun or out sightseeing Charleston. Plenty of room for storage in bedroom closet and on shelf in hallway. Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels provided for your convenience. Initial supply of toiletries and paper products such as shampoo, toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, and trash bags also included. Wall mounted, flat-screen TVs in living room and bedroom, air conditioning, free parking for one car, access to coin-operated laundry facility, access to private pier/beach/community pool all included.
The Sea Cabins complex offers FREE wireless internet. The password and login instructions will be provided upon arrival. As with any complex-wide internet, we cannot guarantee access, nor provide support for devices.
Contactless check-in/check-out with coded door lock. Check-in is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 11:00 am. Due to the cleaning process, early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless owner is contacted and approves.

I love the location, easy beach access and walkablility. This sea cabin was perfect for me and my daughter. It was super clean and really easy to keep clean during our stay. The towels were the best - super thick and fluffy so we only needed to use 1 for 3 days! Definitely will be coming back!

This is the way bookings should be every time! Start to finish, Trish provided an easy, thoughtful experience from start to finish.When booking, she noticed that we had 3 adults and 2 children. She reached out to ensure the size of the unit and its amenities would meet our needs, and we would be comfortable. That message set the tone, that she was concerned about our comfort and needs with our stay.The room was beautiful, modern, and clean(the photos and listing are completely accurate). It had everything we needed(and things we didn’t even know we needed, lol). Having access to not only the ocean, but a pool really made keeping the kids entertained much easier. Being able to walk to a restaurant, if we didn’t want to cook, instead of having to load everyone in the car made life easier. Being able to walk across the street to get ice cream in the evenings made life easier. The condo, its location, and Trish made this trip EASY!We cannot wait to come back!

We have stayed at 4 different places in IOP including 2 different condos in the same complex. This has been our absolute favorite! It has been kept up very well. Everything feels clean and updated and the decor is so cute! We felt right at home here. I always book our trips and my husband can't stop praising this place. Beach Stay with Amazing Value
Our stay at the Sea Cabins was perfect for our little one's first trip to the beach. The unit has amazing ocean views and private access to a pier that we watched the sunrise on each morning. The unit we stayed in was well stocked with all the necessities you would need and was clean and decorated nicely. Our host was very communicative and available to answer any questions, and was so thoughtful to leave us a jar to collect shells from our child's first trip to the beach. We already can't wait to stay here again next summer!

We had a great time at this cabin! The cabin was extremely clean. We have never stayed at a place that was this clean near the beach. The location was great as well. It is near all the places that we wanted to visit. There is also a good view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner was easy to communicate with. Great Condo
Came to Charleston for a Baseball tournament, and wanted a nice place to stay on the beach, well this place was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail and the fact the condo was FULLY stocked and when I say FULLY it was amazing. We got in super late after a long day on the field and I had an issue with finding something so I messaged the vrbo chat super late expecting a response in the am, but NO She called me with in minutes and helped me greatly! I would give this place 10 Stars!!!!

Awesome trip and stay!
Condo was really nice, clean and decorated so cute! Close to everything in IOP so walking around the area was great! The view from the balcony was beautiful! The trip was for our 25th wedding anniversary and in addition to snacks waiting for us to tie us over till dinner, Trish left a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us for our celebration! This was a very thoughtful surprise! The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to go back again as soon as we can!

Greatest Place in Isle of Palms
First, before talking about the property, I want to say that the owner Trish has got to be the nicest VRBO owner I have ever dealt with. I will always stay at her place when in Isle of Palms simply because of her. Very prompt at all communication, very kind and accommodating.
The condo itself is super cute, right on the beach and convenient to everything in the area. There is absolutely not a single negative that I can think of.
Isle of Palms is a beautiful place with great beaches, great restaurants and great shopping. We have been coming here for years, often to drop the boat in at IOP marina and go fishing for the day. Trish's condo will be the new go-to spot when it fits the schedule. I am so happy that we found her and her place.

Perfect weekend getaway!
This condo was right on the beach with an ocean view. Loved not having to worry about finding a spot to park (lot is first come first service but never an issue) and not having to pay a meter either :) The condo was so thoughtfully done and I really appreciated all the little touches. It’s a small space but was perfect for the two of us for the weekend. Comfy, cozy, clean and walkable to all the bars, shops, and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay!

Sea Cabin Splendor
We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely sea side cabin/condo in the heat of South Carolina’s summer. Thank goodness for this convenient location right on the water with easy access to the breeze at the beach and pleasant ocean temps! Not only was the location on point but this condo is probably one of the nicest in the complex!
We traveled from Michigan for a dance competition (located at the Colosseum in North Charleston) and the daily commute was not bad at all. Only about a 25 minutes drive, weasy parking with all our coming and going, walking distance to restaurants, the pier, the pool, and shops. Several dance families were jealous they didn’t think to stay at the Sea Cabins on IOP rather than a hotel inland. It truly felt like a vacation within our daily dance commitments.
The place is beautifully decorated with a beach theme and includes all the amenities one could ask for. Trish really goes above and beyond and we are grateful for all the “welcome treats”. Communication was great and these hosts have thought of everything! We highly suggest you rent here!

Absolutely Perfect Vacation / baseball tournament
We were very impressed with our cabin. Our property manager was amazing. We had told her we would be in town earlier than check in and she was very accommodating. Not only was the cabin clean but the decor was on point she left us some snacks and drinks. She had everything we needed for our vacation to be perfect. The beach was in walking distance . Everyone was really nice. We will be back to cabin 226 B. Also I had sent a few text to the manager asking questions about what places are good to eat at or visit and not once did she make me feel like I was bothering her.
