🧼 Biweekly Cleaning Required To help maintain a clean and comfortable home, a professional cleaning is required every 14 days for all stays. The standard cleaning fee covers: ✔️ 1 mid-stay clean (for stays up to 30 days) ✔️ Final move-out clean For longer stays: • 31–45 days – An additional $150 cleaning fee will be requested to cover a second mid-stay clean • 45+ days – We’ll request $300/month to cover biweekly cleanings By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this cleaning schedule.
🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.
🏙️ Noise Notice: Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that: ▪️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ▪️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ▪️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. ▪️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.
🧑🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
