Welcome to Fire Tower! Built in 2023, this condo building offers modern accommodations in historic downtown Charleston. Each unit features 1 king bed, 1 bathroom, and a balcony. Conveniently located off King Street, guests can easily explore notable restaurants, local shops, and entertainment venues. Amenities include off-street parking and access to Fire Tower’s shared courtyard, terrace, and rooftop—perfect for unwinding while enjoying stunning views and everything Charleston has to offer!

Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Perfect space of a couple! Perfect location!

Located just steps from dozens of King Street restaurants and shopping, this condo has everything a couple needs for a weekend or even a longer stay.We found the condo to be clean and had all of the amenities of home.I will 100% book this property again for my next stay in Charleston!

Terrific location!

This condo is in a great location walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Charleston. The building is great, has a really lovely rooftop patio! Was exactly what we needed for two people on spring break to tour the city. The parking garage is a short walk away, which I didn't realize when booking but they provided pre-paid vouchers which made coming and going easy once we found the garage. If I had to do it again, I'd drop off our luggage before parking as it was a bit tricky to drag all of our luggage to the building on the city streets. The parking garage is tricky to find, it's in the Hyatt parking lot so watch for those signs! The condo building entrance is hidden as well, it's behind the fire station and Baba's (we LOVED that place for coffee every morning and they hae a great happy hour) so you basically have to go into the alley behind Babas to find the entrance to the building. But eventually we found it and it was easy to come and go. Would stay at this building again! Felt very safe walking around town all week. Unit was clean, had just enough of what we needed for four days. Loved the balcony in the morning, although it overlooks a parking lot it, was still nice to sit in the morning and have coffee. We had a great trip, thank you!! Will be back to Charleston for sure.

Very Nice!

My husband and I loved this apartment for our weekend getaway. It is in the perfect location so close to so many things but tucked behind the firehouse (which was also so cool!). Apartment was very clean and modern. Would definitely book again.

Charleston trip

This property was perfect for us! It was literally steps from King St and there was an amazing coffee shop in front of our building. The building and our condo was super clean and the person in charge of the property immediately got back to us if we needed anything. Our place was comfortable, well furnished and very nicely done. I will definitely stay here again and finding free parking staying anywhere downtown is a miracke!
