The space
Our loft apartment is located a couple of blocks to CAMC General Hospital and the Clay Center. Only 4 blocks to the the Town Center Mall, Municipal Center and the Charleston Coliseum Convention Center. So you are in the middle of EVERYTHING to do in downtown Charleston, including restaurants and entertainment, but have plenty of room to spread out or stay for an extended length of time in full comfort and space. Quiet neighborhood but outstanding location! Newly remodeled! Open floor plan for kitchen, dining and living room space. 2 bedroom. 2 bathrooms. Closet space in each room. Our loft apartment was recently remodeled top to bottom, so it has the current and most luxurious flooring and furnishings available today. Nice furniture and decorations as well, making this place comfortable and clean. The neighbors mind their own business, and it is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, with the perfect location. Capital Street is just two blocks away, with a great night life and restaurant row. Town Center Mall is within a seven minute walk and three minute drive, as well as being close to the Charleston Coliseum Convention Center and the Municipal Auditorium. Clay Center is just one block away.
