Looking for a high end, beautifully furnished beach home with a community pool and lots of spaces for you and your guests to gather together yet also split off from one another to enjoy some quiet relaxation time? Welcome to The Sunny Side! The Sunny Side is a 4 bedroom home situated within the Pelican Bay community within the Wild Dunes resort. This gorgeous island retreat is situated a mere 5 minute walk from the beach and just around the corner from the Pelican Bay community pool. The ground floor of the home has a light & airy open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room, family room and kitchen areas. The chef's kitchen, heart of pine hardwood floors and comfortable & inviting furniture throughout the ground floor will delight you and make you feel right at home. The master suite with a separate seating area and stunning en suite bathroom will make you wish for your vacation to never end.

Guests enter The Sunny Side by taking the exterior stairs to the front door of this elevated home. Upon entering the home, you'll find the home's light & airy great room with an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room family room and kitchen areas. There is also a half bathroom and one of the home's guest bedrooms with en suite bathroom on the home's ground floor level. Take the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the home's master suite, the double bunk bedroom and the triple twin bedroom -- all of these bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. There is also a laundry room with full sized washing machine & dryer on the second floor. You can enjoy a morning coffee outside on one of The Sunny Side's three exterior balconies -- one on the ground floor and two on the second floor of the home.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Loved The Sunny Side!

I rented The Sunny Side for my 40th birthday celebration with 6 of my best girlfriends and our experience was above and beyond amazing! The property was beautiful, very spacious, and incredibly well equipped for a rental property! The location was also amazing with quick walks to the pool and beach and also close to local restaurants and shops. On top of all of that, communicating with Steven, the owner, was incredibly easy and he was so helpful when we had questions which were few because the check-in and out and property instructions were so well documented! I would highly recommend The Sunny Side and hope to be able to stay there again myself!

Great for groups but had a few issues

The house was beautiful and even better than the photos! The bedroom/bathroom set up made it a great option for our group of 7! We did experience a handful of disappointing issues: 1) Two of the beds had stained/dirty sheets. Fortunately, our group didn’t use all of the beds, so we were able to find clean options among the empty beds. 2) We ran into a HUGE cockroach in the living room on the last night of our stay. I know we’re in an environment shared with animals and pests, but it left us feeling a little uneasy. 3) We had some trouble calling Ubers/cars due to the isolated neighborhood. We were warned on the first night of our trip that it would be hard to get an Uber for our early morning flight on Sunday. Ultimately, we were able to hire a professional car service 2 days in advance. We’re so glad we did that because we checked Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis that morning and there were zero available - not the listing’s fault, but just something to plan ahead for. Ordering Ubers/Lyfts throughout the rest of the weekend was fine, but definitely allot for extra time to find one and allow them to get to you. 4) The host said they set you up with necessities for your stay, but we felt it was light. We had to order paper towels and toilet paper. I understand they can’t provide enough for longer stays but I think guests should be able to get through 2.5 days. We also spent most of our time away from the house so I cant imagine a family spending more time/cooking meals there.

Beautiful home in Isle of Palms!

Loved our stay at this fantastic home. It has wonderful large open spaces for gathering and is beautifully decorated. We gathered to celebrate a family member's 50th birthday and it was perfect for lounging, cooking and gathering for our party of 8. Sunny Side Pelican Bay

Great house, great location, great area. The house was very clean and nicely maintained. 4 BR and 4.5 baths was perfect for my family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Nice walking paths around the golf course, as well. Very short walk to the beach. There is a guard shack to access the neighborhood, which we did not know. That said, the guard had our names on file and no issues coming and going as we pleased. The only item we would have asked for is more than one TV. There is just the one television in the living room, but nothing in any of the bedrooms. That would have been nice. But other than that, the views from the porch and seating areas were fantastic. The home was very comfortable, and we will be back!

The accommodations were fabulous and matched the listing description perfectly. We had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling properly and our food spoiling. A quick text to the management company and we had a mini fridge delivered within 24 hours which allowed for us to salvage some items. They were quick to respond and quick to provide a solution. Highly recommend this property. It did not disappoint!
