Thoughtfully designed with comfort and connection in mind, this bright and updated home offers beautiful modern decor that feels fresh, calming & coastal and an open, welcoming layout that brings everyone together—whether cooking, sharing a meal, or unwinding after a day in the sun. Beachside Cottage also features terrific outdoor spaces, including a front porch, screened porch and back deck -- ideal for morning coffee, evening conversations, or simply listening to the ocean breeze.

COMMUNITY POOL IS EXPECTED TO OPEN FOR GUESTS THE FIRST SUNDAY IN APRIL. SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CLOSURES.

Guests initially enter Beachside Cottage by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the screened porch. Enter the screened porch to find the front door. Once you enter the front door, you will enter the living room, dining room and kitchen. All of the rooms of the home are located on this one level. The master suite is located on one side of the living room and dining room and the two guest bedrooms are located on the other side of the living room and dining room areas. You can access the screened porch through the master bedroom as well. The back door in the kitchen leads to the back deck, which has a picnic table, gas BBQ grill and an exterior staircase to the backyard.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Perfect Girls Getaway!

What a lovely 'girls' getaway to celebrate my granddaughter's first birthday! Had a wonderful time with my daughters and my granddaughter for her birthday weekend. This is a beautiful place and perfect location! We were able to take the cutest 1st birthday pictures on the beach (very short walking distance). Location is close to everything and a short drive to Charleston. House was very clean and very well stocked. The whole process was so easy from booking to checking out. Wonderful experience with priceless memories! Thank you to the wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!

Great retreat

My 5 friends and I enjoyed our time at the cottage. Very nice place to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. It does lack mirrors. None in living room or bunk rooms. It made it harder to share 2 bathrooms. Overall we would recommend this place as a beautiful place to stay.

Perfect spot

This beach house was perfect for our 6 night stay at IOP. Its's location is hard to beat as it's easily walkable to the beach, neighborhood pool, bars/restaurants and Harris Teeter. The house itself has a nice "user friendly" layout with updated and comfortable furnishings. It was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful beach house has it all--tastefully decorated, easy walk to beach, pool, pickle ball, and grocery store, and a perfect screened porch with bed swing. It was the most relaxing (especially for parents) and most fun four days our family has had for a long time.

The listing was 100% accurate. Very clean! The most stocked kitchen we have ever had in a VRBO including spices. Comfortable screened in porch. Excellent communication with management company. 100 yards to the shore; 25 yards to pool; 100 yards to Harris Teeter. Front bedroom is slightly challenging to keep cool if door is closed.

Terrific location, lovely house!

This was the perfect spot for our family of five. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook. Location is excellent- a very short walk to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants are walks me too.

The location of the beach house was excellent. Very quiet neighborhood and quick access to the beach. The location felt isolated from the hustle and bustle of the other hotels and restaurants. Parking was great. Outdoor shower was very nice coming back from the beach. Everything worked like it should. We had a wonderful time.

Beach Perfection

As other reviews mentioned, you can’t beat the location. Unless you want to explore you never need a car. Everything is an easy and pleasant walk. House is clean, comfortable and well appointed. We are a family of 6 adults and we were very comfortable. Morning coffee on the screened porch, days spent on the beach and dinner within walking distance. We had a great pickle ball competition followed by a dip in the pool just at the end of the street. The public park is just behind the house, but you would never know it. Super quiet and the walkway to the beach leads to plenty of space to spread out. We loved that the beach is dog-friendly and enjoyed watching the fur babies playing in the ocean. Host communication was timely and responsive. We had no issues during our stay. Hate to leave. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

We were generally happy with our stay. The accommodations were nice and clean. The washer and dryer could be updated as the dryer ruined several of our items. I also recommend a larger trash can in the kitchen. Overall the location was great but the house could use some updates.
