"A luxury concept that is not quite there yet We were looking forward to staying at this newly opened hotel, particularly given its positioning in the luxury segment. We had a great time, however, our experience did not fully live up to the expectations associated with a five-star property. While we appreciate that the hotel has only recently opened and that some adjustments may still be underway, several details suggested that the rooms and services were not yet fully ready to meet the standards expected at this level. The bathroom, in particular, lacked some of the basic amenities and toiletries one would reasonably expect from a luxury hotel. The shower area also did not feel properly prepared, with soap left on the floor, which detracted from the overall impression of cleanliness and attention to detail. Breakfast was another area that could benefit from improvement, particularly the quality of the pastries, which did not quite meet the standard we would expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, the hotel has potential, but there is still a noticeable gap between its luxury positioning and the experience currently being delivered. In this segment, it is often the small details that make the difference, and we hope the team will address these points as the property continues to develop. We would be happy to see the hotel fulfil its potential and hope to have a more positive experience on a future visit."
