« This was an older clean property with very nice and helpful staff. The TV works only with the internet, which was down most of the time during my 2 day stay. The toilet rocket, cold water leaked continuously, and the weather stripping around the door was gone. I tried to let staff know, but the two times I walked to the office, the staff was not there. I did not realize they had no elevators and I am disabled. When I checked in, I had a second level room and the staff was very nice and moved me...

« I always enjoying staying in treehouse #5! It is honestly a 10/10. The space is small, perfect for one person and works well for couples. Everything is super clean, especially the jacuzzi! It is well maintained. The bed is massive and really comfortable, and the whole place has a quiet, private feel. Sitting out on the patio was probably my favorite part. Parking is easy and right by the treehouse, which makes things simple. The owner is great! Very responsive, answers the phone directly, and...

« We loved that the room had its own personality and was very comfortable. We needed our breakfast an hour early and they were happy to accommodate us; it was also delicious! Good coffee, too. Having an assigned parking space was very helpful due to the scarcity of good parking near the walkable downtown area. If we get a chance to visit Eureka Springs again, we would love to stay here again. »
