Not sure I like the self service check in, not that it didn’t work, it did but just prefer the personal touch for a hotel striving for the boutique feel. Overall a nice stay and friendly staff. They missed cleaning the room one day which was disappointing. »

« My stay at Craig-y-Dderwen Riverside Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The setting alone makes it special - nestled right along the river, surrounded by beautiful scenery that immediately makes you slow down and relax. « I was not able to make use of the facilities because I was in the area for a wedding. My room was large but cosy and very clean. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and polite. If I am in that area again, I would stay there. »

« We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We loved the suite with its living area and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have done more. So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. »
