The sea view apartment is located in the area of Kladisos next to the beach. The River Kladisos of Chania originates from the White Mountains.
Upon entering the apartment, you will find a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate one additional guest. The living area also includes a fan for extra comfort.

The apartment features a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, depending on your preferences. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a wardrobe, and direct access to the en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom and includes a shower.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals, including a refrigerator with freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee-making facilities, cooking utensils, and kitchenware.

Guests can enjoy the private balcony, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, making it the perfect spot for breakfast, a meal, or a relaxing drink.

The Location
Nea Chora (which means 'new town') was the first modern part of Chania to be built outside the Venetian fortification wall in the early 18th century. In a sense it is the oldest part of the modern town. Nea Chora has a fishing harbour and a good sandy beach which is popular with local people. It is in effect Chania's town beach and it is a nice one.
The small road that runs along the beach is lined with cafés and (mainly fish) restaurants . There are also a few hotels. The area is not that well known with tourists but it is a great alternative to staying in the old town: you have a beach on your doorstep, parking space for you car, some of the best fish restaurants in town and you are only 10 minutes on foot (walking along the seafront) from the Venetian harbour and the centre of the Old Town.
