Nestled in the heart of the vibrant Chrysi Akti area, our 40m2 haven comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. Famous for its golden sandy beach and scenic park, Chrysi Akti offers the perfect setting for beachside strolls, outdoor sports, and leisurely relaxation.

Our home features a spacious double bedroom and a welcoming living area complete with a sofa that converts into a double bed. Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower, stocked with essential toiletries and a washing machine for your use.

Step outside to unwind in the sun-drenched, lawn-paved garden terrace, perfect for soaking up the warmth before setting out to explore nearby beaches and local attractions.

Conveniently located within walking distance, you'll find a bus station (200m), two supermarkets (800m), an array of restaurants, and a pharmacy. With everything you need right at your doorstep, you may find it hard to leave this idyllic enclave.

However, if you're feeling adventurous, we highly recommend exploring the enchanting Falassarna Beach, the mesmerizing Balos Lagoon, and the awe-inspiring Samaria Gorge.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
