Welcome to Chris and Stratos Villa, a new place (built in 2022) just 10 minutes from Chania's downtown. It's great for two families or big groups, with a downstairs home for 8 people and an upstairs one for another 8 people. Each home has a full kitchen, a big living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a private pool, comfy sunbeds, a BBQ spot, outdoor furniture, parking, and free WiFi. Feel at ease with air conditioning in every room. When you book, you get both homes for a comfy stay.


Welcome to the detailed description of Chris and Stratos Villa:

Exterior:
Approaching from the front, the villa is accessed through a main gate for cars, easily opened by remote control, and a small door for pedestrians. To the right, a sheltered outdoor parking area accommodates up to 3 cars.

Heading to the back of the building, an inviting outdoor space unfolds. Here, you'll discover a barbecue area, a private pool, 8 sunbeds, 3 parasols, dining areas, a playground for kids, and a convenient outdoor shower. The ample outdoor space is designed to ensure both kids and guests feel at ease.

Ground Floor Apartment:
Upon entering the villa, the ground floor hosts an open space that seamlessly integrates a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom and a dedicated clothes room.

First Floor Apartment:
Ascending to the first floor, you'll find the second apartment designed with a similar open space layout. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, two bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. Air conditioning and WiFi are accessible in every room, providing a cozy retreat.

Second Floor (Attic):

Amazing property!

This was my 7th trip to Greece, by far the best house I’ve rented so far! My family if 14 stayed here, plenty of room for everyone. The house was spacious, clean, and was in a great location, close to amazing beaches and restaurants. It was perfect for my family. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing villa! 8 balconies! 2 kitchens!

We had a bit of an issue with the other property at short notice but our host was excellent in communication. We were offered this Villa instead to meet our needs. We were a little worried about the location but honestly it is approximately a 6 minute drive into the city. It was far nicer than being in the town. Grocery stores were a quick 4 minute drive. The property itself was unbelievable. Exceptionally clean when we arrived. So much space. The birds of paradise in the backyard are amazing. The Backyard Barbecue was great and we made homemade pizzas. It was well stocked with everything that we required. The upstairs balcony was amazing for breakfast and supper every evening. Nothing but good things to say.

This property is amazing! It was only built in 2022 so its so modern & fresh. The place is huge, comfortable, clean, has a covered BBQ area, pool. Its only 30mins from the airport, 15mins from the markets, 2mins from the hospital, food stores about 10mins. The perfect break. We had contact with the host who met us on arrival & was able to answer any questions quickly & accurately. For future trips to Crete this will be our first port of call.
