Stoneridge B14AB has zero steps leading in and is one level, making it a great

choice for guests with mobility concerns. This standard-rated unit offers

internet access and sleeps six. The living room features a flat-screen TV/DVD

(please note there is no fireplace available). The fully functional kitchen is

complemented by a dining room that seats six.



The first bedroom includes a queen bed and a full bath, while the second

bedroom has a king bed and a TV, and the third bedroom offers a queen bed.

These bedrooms share a second full bath. This unit is ski-in/ski-out, weather

permitting, and the deck provides a great view of Seven Springs Mountain.

Please note there is no access to the community pools, but guests are welcome

to use the resort's indoor and outdoor pools.



The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including

Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge. They are all located in

close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from

a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the

perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to

offer. All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the

main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens

(soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes:

utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. In the

summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor

pools available on a per unit basis.



_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental

guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo

rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.

All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.
