« The hall carpet was torn and terribly stained. The room flooring was stained as well. We couldn't get past the stains to say whether or not the room was clean. Breakfast was minimal. »

« We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again. »

« Loved the daily breakfast and complimentary wine/beer. Very close to High Point university which was good for us and rooms were spacious and very comfortable beds. Will stay again! »

« A very pleasant stay! I stayed two nights while visiting for work. I felt very safe the entire time. As a smoker, I appreciated the ashtrays that are placed strategically to allow you to smoke and easily dispose of your butt. I especially loved the outside seating area and the live plants placed everywhere. Would definitely stay again! And, thank you, Evelyn, for being so kind and helpful! It was such a pleasure meeting you! »

« L'hôtel est très propre. Le check-in a été rapide même si nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin. L'hôtel offre un snack et des biscuits à l'heure du souper. Vous êtes mieux d'arriver à temps si vous voulez des biscuits, ils partent rapidement!! Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Le bureau de travail est bien organisé dans les chambres pour ceux qui doivent travailler. Le seul inconvénient, mon collègue a dû quitter une journée plus tôt et comme nous avons réservé sur Hôtel.com, ce n'était...

« Cage d’escaliers très sale (remplie d’urine), les murs de la chambre sont crasseux. Nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude pour nous laver. Le petit déjeuner était très limite. L’homme a l’accueil venait mettre 3 tranches de pain à la fois, sans laver ses mains entre ses autres tâches. Piscine non fonctionnelle »
