« Great property with great outdoor space. Host allowed us to set up a traveling volleyball net in the backyard which was great for the kids and the fire pit was great for our family reunion. Communication with the host was smooth. We had 14 people and there were enough beds, baths and parking spots to accommodate us all. The main floor bedroom and bath was key for our elderly parents as there are a lot of stairs and step up/down to go between rooms. »

« An outstanding rental, we stayed six nights and loved the location. Had a lovely pond next door with walking/running path. »

« A truly lovely place, really so comfortable, and only a few minutes from the heart of Kennett Square. This is a great stay near many wonderful spots to enjoy in the area. Host was very responsive and helpful! »

« Nice, unique property. Well equipped. Would be great for a large group. »

« Linda's home is perfect for family traveling! Everything you need for cooking, washing, and just enjoying. The back yard and Patio were awesome for Thunderstorm watching. We'll be back ! »

« Home away from home »

« Excellent rental walking distance to shops and restaurants. House was roomy and had everything we needed for a great stay. Fenced in yard for the pup was a great surprise! »

« The townhome was exactly as pictured, and was well stocked! »

« This was perfect for our week stay in Kenneth Square. The property is just as described and all the photos accurate. It was well stocked and then some! We appreciated the air conditioning as it was summertime and we live in a cooler climate. The neighborhood is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and even an awesome library. »

« This vacation rental was not up to our standards especially when compared to the several VRBO places we have stayed at across the country during our travels over the last decade. The smoke detectors in each bedroom were sitting on tables and were not mounted on or near the ceiling. This is not up to code.On two different occasions we had two different smoke detectors chirping as the batteries were going dead. We had to remove the batteries in order to sleep. No central air. Several window...

« The property is very clean, recently updated and had more than enough room for the four of us staying. There was even an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds we didn't need. The neighborhood was super quiet and perfect to come back to after long days of adventure in the area. »

« Great place for 2 just outside the town of West Chester, would definitely stay again! »

« Lovely house in West Chester, we used it for a long weekend with family doing touristy things in Philadelphia, it was nice to be able to get out of the city in the evenings. »

« Amazing host instantly response, property as described with great taste, the only thing I would say is to mention it’s two or three Ish properties down from the state police and that Waze sometimes doesn’t ping it correctly. Besides that I highly recommend this property and working with the host as well. I took off a start for price & regret it because it was more then fair given the market & I should frankly raise my rates when I sublet- just getting used to the inflated market! A this host...

« The stay was great. Perfect location for our needs. Would definitely stay again »

« This is a delightful old farmhouse with two large modern bathrooms upstairs and half bath down. The house is full of nooks and crannies and 4 bedrooms. The staircase is steep and narrow but fine for our 70 year old party of 4. The back patio is lovely with a shade awning and plenty of seating for a larger party. Front porch also a good place to relax. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. Beds were all very comfortable (I’m picky) and the AC worked well.(I dislike being warm.) Allison...
