« The property is in a good location near everything avaliable. The house was clean, included 2 parking places out front, more at the corner. The kitchen needs hot pads & dish sponges otherwise the house was fully stocked towels, extras soaps, etc. There was with room for a family of 7. »

« The house was clean and tidy, check in went smoothly. The linens were clean and abundant. The couches were comfortable. The leg on one of the beds appeared to be broken or close to breaking, so we utilized the other room. There were many lights out in the kitchen and no light for the living room. « The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs...

« The property owner was very nice and responsive, but the property itself fell short of our expectations in every possible way. We ended up having to leave after only staying one night to seek comfort in an upscale hotel because we didn’t get a wink of sleep. The one bed was a brick and in the other room the streetlights and traffic kept my loved one up. There was also nowhere to park. A place like this might work for some who need an affordable option, but it wasn’t for us. »
