"Arturo and Maribelle were amazing as well as the backyard ideal for the 4 kids! It’s also rare to have access to the beach from your the house!On the other hand, the neighborhood was not welcoming as dogs were barquing a lot at night, a lot of empty lots or houses around. The plumbing in the house were broken / wires on the shower head / not draining properly."
