« It was good. The airport pickup was prompt and the driver was smart. The front desk manager was equally polite friendly and finished off the formalise quickly and guided us to our room which was clean and tidy.Bathrooms were good and well maintained with all the bath accessories.Room service was good and food served was tasty and good »

« Dust and spider webs could be easily seen on the Transoms on the doorways inside the Dining Hall. Dining tables had recessed edges with either dried up food or residuals from table cleaning were clearly visible and big put offs. We were astonished to know from the staff that it will be done on their next weekly cleaning schedule and is not done on a regular basis, specially the tables which should be taken care of every single time it is used. The entry way door coming back from porch needed...

« The breakfast was excellent. Even food was also good. Staff are soft spoken and curtios. Overall experience was good. »

« Great service »

I got dizzy and had to step out the room and leave the door opened until housekeeping came and sprayed something else not citrus. However the worst part and I left and came back late and still the smell was there makes sense as they use the products on a daily. I texted the hotel and explained the issues and they brought someone but I also was lucky to find someone in the hallway when I...

« Awesome property and great services! Will definitely visit again »

« I booked using Expedia. However, communication with the hotel through this portal was poor as the hotel did not reply in a timely fashion and mostly gnored questions. Check-in and check-out was smooth and efficient. The staff at reception were polite and well spoken. The rooms were not set up on arrival to accomodate our 3 groups of 3. We had to ask for extra beds, towels and glasses. The safe was broken and needing fixing. The shower door did not close fully leading to water all over the...
