Davie's Hunter Valley Homestay is an architecturally designed space with huge 3.2m ceilings through out, making the entire home feel open and expansive.

(NOTE: discounts apply for bookings over 2 nights. The longer the booking the bigger the discount)

What you love about this house:

> The kitchen is fully stocked including; fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, salt/pepper/oil, milk (full cream and a plant-based option). You can cook anything you're heart desires.

A breakfast bar, dining table and a huge 85 inch Smart TV with wi-fi enabled Netflix, YouTube etc.

There is a real wood fireplace, facing a lounge that folds out to a double-bed if needed.

> Master Bedroom (Bedroom #1):

A King bed and ensuite is in the Southern wing of the house. Which also leads to a sweet little office space.

The master bedroom has it's own TV which can be swung out from the wall to position it anyway you like.

With 2 full length windows, a makeup and storage desk and a large full-length mirror as well.

> Bedroom #2:

This is what we call our "Green Room".
It includes a Queen size bed and a King Single loft bed.

This room also includes a walk in robe, a large window overlooking the yard and spa and an arm chair nook for reading.

> Bedroom #3:

Has a Queen bed and a mirrored sliding wardrobe.

There are 2 windows in this room and it is accessed from the end of the hall, located in the East side of the property.

> Main Bathroom:

There are 2 bathrooms in the property. The main bathroom and the ensuite.

The main bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and vanity, along side a separate powder room
with a toilet.

> Second Bathroom:

This is full-sized ensuite, with toilet, second shower and vanity.

> Garage:

We have a single car garage on the property, you are welcomed to use, it is accessed by an automated remote, when you need to open and close it. It can be accessed within the house itself.

> Deck and Outdoor space:

There is a deck accessed from the main living area. Which has stairs leading down to the outdoor spa.

And a fully-fenced grassed backyard to play games or just relax in.
