« Overall the property is very good, but it's let down by a few minor issues that could be quickly changed: - the Vrbo listing says it's a 'second floor' apartment, it's not, it's on the first floor. It also says there's a 'golf view', there isn't, it's on the seafront with no view out of the back at all. The listing also says 'parking available' but there is no parking there at all in the town centre, it's limited to one hour during the day. The people in the ground-floor apartment got a parking...

« Booked a 3 bed flat and was charged for a 3 bed flat. Instead of getting what we had booked we had to move every night from a 2 bed flat to a studio flat and back to another 2 bed flat (there was 4 of us). Instead of offering an compensation they just said that it was my fault. »

« Heather is amazing, greeted us and served us Welsh cakes on arrival! Made a dinner reservation for us and served an amazing breakfast!! You have your own sitting room, bedroom is quaint and lovely. Would highly recommend. »

« The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location, minutes away from the prom and beach and minutes away from the main shopping area. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need on holiday. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable and spacious. We met the cleaners who were working on the next apartment and they were so friendly and helpful giving local information. We will definately return. »

« We were moved to a different property- the host said there had been issues with properties. The new apartment was nice but there were guests staying in the property we booked and we weren’t given the choice to stay there. Coffee making facilities were poor - instant sachets and no cafetière or coffee pod machine. There were bath towels but no hand towels and no instructions about heating etc. I also had to walk over to the main hotel to get the Wi-Fi code as that message wasn’t responded...
