« Une extraordinaire étape à Hermanus. Un hôtel tellement remplit d’histoire ….un personnel aux petits soins. Bref ……extraordinaire! Tout est beau !!!!!! Nous avons été un peu déçu par le restaurant qui n’est pas à la hauteur de l’établissement ( aucune saveur dans nos 2 plats principaux ) bien que l’entrée ( la bisque était extra ). Mais nous en gardons un merveilleux souvenir ! »

« Amazing service, views, access to the cliffs and town. The rooms were comfortable and quiet! We would highly recommend and would not consider staying anywhere else. So accommodating and friendly, service with a smile. Spa was great and very reasonable! Definitely do at least one dinner with their chef who customized meals to freshest available! Only wish we could have stayed longer! »

« The grounds are beautiful, and each room is unique and meticulously prepared with heated flooring in the washroom, personalized notes each evening, snacks, drinks and cleaning twice daily. The hotel only accommodates ~20 people which enhances the exclusivity of the experience since it is not open for public consumption. « A very relaxing stay at the Arabella, the staff is great and the spa treatments are divine. The only thing that needs fixing is the internet that does not really work in the rooms, but the rest is good. »

« Zebra and Eland wild on the property. This was by far my Favorite hotel on our 2 week stay in South Africa from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. Most beautiful views and the greatest staff! We ate dinner there and it was Amazing! This is a 5 star hotel! I would definitely stay here again! »
