« Special Thanks to Michael (Host) for the prompt communications and responses during our pre-trip & during our stay on Atlanta - I’ve stayed at a lot of properties throughout the Southeastern U.S. (Dallas - San Antonio - Orlando - Tampa - Miami - Keys - Destin - Pensacola Beach - Navarre Beach - Biloxi- Tennessee (Gatlinburg - Dollywood) - etc - and I can say with confidence and without a doubt that Michael was the “Best” Host that I’ve ever communicated with by far. Manager is *very* interested if you’ll have more guests than originally booked (ie increased charge), but refuses to respond to multiple inquiries re:refund if your booking changes to *fewer* than originally planned. It made for a stressful stay and marred what should have been a fun and relaxing week »

« We have rented several vacation homes and this house was by far the nicest. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The towels were nice and plentiful. The layout really fit our family of nine and we were able to prepare our Thanksgiving feast! Michael was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful experience. »

Would rate the unit as 3 to 3.5 stars, not "luxury" due to location - although very convenient to some good restaurants and the Fox Theater, it's off an alley w/dumpsters on the backside of a Walgreens & Publix grocery store. Amenities could be elevated - for example, furniture quality was OK, not high end, there were no small face towels or tissue boxes, only had 1 bath towel, some...
