« A BIG shout out to the Best breakfast women to ensure the buffet each morning is the best presentation and it is. Me and my best friend can’t say how much we appreciate her, and the hotel staff! « The overall stay was great, clean, host was prompt with response’s, location was convenient, no issues with parking. I love that the sofa turned into a flat bed on the floor. The decor was awesome and well put together Only issues I experienced was a black stain on bedroom carpet, laundry door was off the hinges, and the batteries kept coming out the thermostat, it had been taped closed but was no longer sticking. Will book it again in the future »

« Host was quite responsive, although I had to ask a few times on the day of arrival for the check-in instructions. Would rate the unit as 3 to 3.5 stars, not "luxury" due to location - although very convenient to some good restaurants and the Fox Theater, it's off an alley w/dumpsters on the backside of a Walgreens & Publix grocery store. Amenities could be elevated - for example, furniture quality was OK, not high end, there were no small face towels or tissue boxes, only had 1 bath towel, some...

« This was a great little place for our weekend at the convention, as it’s an <10 minute drive to the Galleria. The balcony, provided amenities and access to a gym/pool/grill within the complex were especially nice & all noises in the surrounding apts ceased well before bedtime. Host was helpful and responsive as well. Would definitely stay again when coming back to the area! »
