« We loved our stay at Chico Hot Springs! Jen checked us in late in the evening and made sure we still had time to get a quick soak in the hot springs. Staff was very friendly and great food options on the menu. The property is beautiful and the hot springs were recently redone. Hot Springs pool was great for adults and kids. Room was nice and complimentary coffee was provided in the morning in the hotel lobby. »

« Awesome staff, and very clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was there was a room above us and the children staying there were doing laps. Not the fault of the property of course, but made it hard to relax. And they were up around 6 am…. Also, not sure what the $35 resort fee covered. There was a sauna and that was about it from what we could tell. Recommend bringing your own breakfast. Limited options available at the resort. »

« Great location on the mountain with very nice views of everything. We went the first week of the summer season so it was probably a little quieter than peak season and the staff were just getting into the swing of things, but everyone was very attentive and we enjoyed the amenities. Everything was clean and comfortable and enjoyed having a very well stocked kitchen for cooking our own meals. Full oven/range and dishwasher were nice to have, we were even able to bake banana bread and muffins....
