« Not our first stay here, and won't be our last. We love the resort, it's very cozy. That said, they seem to run out of hot water at an alarming rate and with two young kids trying to get them cleaned up in an ice cold tub is kind of upsetting. They seem overall short-staffed but we still really enjoy this resort. »

« Did not like all the ad ons to the base room rate. Valet service was slow. Delivery of luggage to room took too long. Initial room AC didn't work properly so I changed rooms. Friday dinner buffet excludid a la carte ordering and did show on the on line menu. I moved to the noisy lounge for dinner. Martha's market had terrific scones and pastries.
