« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. Thank you La Quinta, you become a reference. »

« Rooms well appointed & clean. Breakfast had a good variety. A couple problems with front desk staff, I asked the night clerk for 12:00 checkout, she said fine, morning clerk said it was not noted & he couldn’t let me do it. I was there for a procedure at United hospital & needed to lay down in between. »

« Upon check in the guy at the front desk was very short. Called to make sure our room was ready, handed us the key and walked away. Didn’t explain times of breakfast, when pool closes, etc. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, however, not enough wash clothes for the 4 of us. Breakfast was good, the lady in charge of the breakfast was so accommodating and kind. So was the lady working the front area. Checkout was fast and pleasing. Will def be back! »
