« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. A couple problems with front desk staff, I asked the night clerk for 12:00 checkout, she said fine, morning clerk said it was not noted & he couldn’t let me do it. I was there for a procedure at United hospital & needed to lay down in between. »

« Clean room with the exception of the shower: it was as clean as it could be however there was areas where the grout and sealants were old and needed replacing and updating. Front desk gentleman was super helpful and friendly with great recommendations. Food in the restaurant was very good at breakfast. »
