« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « Stayed one night on the way home to Ontario from Florida. Booked the hotel through Expedia with ALL taxes and fees included. After checking out I received an unexpected email from Springhill Suites for an additional $7 US !? Called the hotel and they add $4 facility fee for parking and a $3 emergency services fee. I think Expedia should do their due diligence and be aware of the extra charges. »
