« Great location in Siena! Apartment was in a nice building and was nicely decorated. We tried to use the dryer without success and finally realized on the lat day that you have to plug it in, which was not obvious. We had to go buy toilet paper as there was only part of one roll provided. I asked for more, but got no response. The bed pillows provided are a joke, I found a pillow on the couch that saved me from serious neck pain. The lever handle on the entry door pulled out of the lock...
