« We booked two one night stays. Because we booked through Expedia we could not check in for 2 nights. For second night we had to check in again. When we checked in again the hotel said we could not stay in same room as they were full of king bed room reservation an said Expedia had booked us a queen. I showed them my Expedia reservation and the said Expedia had booked us a queen. They gave us a king handy cap room. Very big bathroom and smaller bed area It was not made up and was on ground...

« We had a 3 night stay at Manitou Springs Resort. The Staff were excellent. Our Room was clean & non smoking which was perfect. The Spa Facilities were exactly what we were looking for with exceptional service & care. The Pool was the best. The Food/Service in the Dining Room was delicious. « This hotel is not the same now that the old staff is gone. They use to be so friendly, happy to see me back everytime, check in in 2min, always do their best... Now, its cold. Got their around 2pm, the new girl looked at me up and down and told me *** check in is at 3 She did that 2 me twice in the past month. This time it was 215pm when she told me... And I was like what do you want me to wait here untill 3pm ...she said yes I started laughing and ask her if she is serious. I think she felt...
