« Property was not kept up well. As soon as we arrived there were many flies and bugs in the entry way. Main doors left open. Confused on the many keys provided to access our room. The common areas like the living room, kitchen, and hallways were all open to the outdoor climate. Only the individual rooms had window units to cool down. The smell was not pleasant. « My siblings and I were in the area for a funeral. This apartment was pretty perfect for us. Its not by any means glamorous but it was convenient, clean and did the job. The bed I was in was very comfortable and there was a wine glass ready for me to use. Kitchen had many amenities, even though we didnt use much. The touchpad for gaining entrance was easy. « Pros: The location of the property is excellent if you're interested in staying UES of the city. Pics are accurate in terms of size for NYC it's a spacious studio. Studio was very clean as it was recently renovated. Loved that I didn't need keys or a code to remember to access the building & unit as they have you download an app and send a code for your stay so all you have to do is wave your phone & unlock the door! Great feature.Cons: I ran into some of the workers doing renovation so clearly...

« A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. « Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. "Nous avons eu un très très mauvais service la première soirée. Un haut-parleur défectueux dans notre chambre a fait du bruit TOUTE la nuit. Ainsi, notre sommeil a été médiocre. Le problème avait été signalé à l’accueil, mais l’homme au comptoir ne semble pas avoir agi (il nous a dit qu’il va envoyer quelqu’un sans même demander le numéro de notre chambre). Les lits sont mous. La salle de bain désuète. Heureusement, le reste du personnel était d’une politesse et d’une efficacité impeccable. Sinon, ma noté serait de 1 sur 5. Je ne retournerai jamais à cette endroit. Le prix payé est du vol !!"
