« Place was clean and 5 minute walk from Palmer Square and the univeristy! »

« The hotel appears to be severely understaffed. Calls often went unanswered because one staff member seemed to be handling everything. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful and did their best, but management needs to address the larger issues. The room description was inaccurate. We booked a room advertised with one king bed and two queen beds, but received one king and only one queen. Staff mentioned there is no room available with this configuration and description on external sites...

« Our first room was very dirty and disgusting upon check in. Very obvious the room was not cleaned. We found what looked like poop on the back of the bathroom door, pubic hair on the soap dish, and a fake nail on the floor in front of the sink. I went to the front desk, and the young man working was very helpful. He moved us to another room and walked it before turning in over to us, to make sure it was clean. Another thing was the carpets in the hallways. The carpet was very loose and a trip...

« Our stay was absolutely incredible! The owner is very professional, prompt, and friendly. Communication was excellent. The condo had everything we needed. The views are PRICELESS! Parking garage is right next to the place, right next to Madison Square Garden, perfect location! I would stay here every time I come to NYC if it’s available. »

« This property is ideal for active families on the go. It is equipped, comfortable beds, full kitchen free parking and allows pets for a fee. Nice neighborhood with a dog park within a 2 minute walk, lots of great food within a 10 minute drive in any direction and close to NYC. Thanks!!! »

« The property is as listed. Clean, well located for our needs. I would like to have had the arrival information earlier-we got key codes same day as check-in. Host is very responsive to outreach and handled a problem with key code lock right away. Annoying barking small dog somewhere in the building (?) not the fault of host. We intend to stay here again so that says more than anything else. »
