« Very difficult to find with the uber driver. No Wi-Fi instructions. Took a day to get them. I gues you get what you pay for, and there are many hotels just up the road for slightly more and way less confusion »

« This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to...

« Room was big enough for our family of 5. It’s so convenience to have a washer/dryer in the room. That save us a lot of time to do laundry. We have to buy our own detergent. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave and a small sink. They also provided plates, bowls, cups and utensils. There were convenience stores close to the hotel that is walkable. It is also close to the train station so you could hear it everytime it passes by. The room we stayed in has a balcony which is nice to sit...

« Great location! As someone new to Japan, our group had a difficult time finding the building the first night. There's no large sign in front and the sign in front is not lit at night, so that made it difficult to find. However, we called the hotel and they actually came outside to help us find the place! The location itself was great in that it's almost across the street from the main Tokyo Station...so convenient. Location is safe and building is quiet. Plenty of good places to eat nearby and...

« Warm welcoming staff, central location to get in and out of the high tourist areas and amazing layout in the room! Absolutely fabulous stay! »

« Our stay was amazing, much more roomier than other hotels we stayed at and the facilities were all new. Staff all spoke fluent English, they were attentive, and very helpful with anything we needed. »
