Pools were not heated, Jacuzzi constantly had to be serviced. no hot water to take a shower one morning, smoke-detector waking us up one night and had to call the front desk twice the next day to have it fixed. Parking is not free like the website indicates, I assume they may be referring to street parking outside the property? "
