« Stayed many many times over many years and always enjoyed the very friendly staff and the nice ambience AND the food. Also, great real ale!
Very clean, good sized, comfortable rooms.
Great food in the restaurant but this time the pork was not to my liking.
Also, couldn't help but notice the reduced service at breakfast---where did those tiny coffee cups come from!? Also, I have to get my own coffee now. Small changes but is it the thin edge of the wedge! BUT, great staff!

« Exactly what I was hoping for when I booked this, something different to the Premier Inn box rooms!
The room was big with high ceilings..
The staff were great, extremely helpful and polite!
