« L’hôtel est bien situé et offre un excellent niveau de confort. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée, avec une literie très agréable. Le personnel s’est montré professionnel, accueillant et attentif tout au long du séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, avec de bons choix internationaux et locaux. Les espaces communs sont soignés et l’ambiance générale correspond bien au standing Sofitel. »

« C’était magnifique, très chaleureux, accueillant surtout le service d’accueil, mais j’aurais souhaité aussi d’avoir une machine à café dans ma chambre mais on dirait y a pas de machine à café c’est tout ce qui peuvent améliorer. Sinon je peux noter 8/10 »

« Tout est très bien, juste qu’il n’y a pas de room service ni de restauration. Et c’est compliqué d’acheter en ligne en tant qu’étranger. De plus, il n’est pas possible d’aller au sauna en couple et ce n’était pas précisé quand je leur ai demandé la réservation. »

« Old school style hotel. Clean and a short walk to the railway and Metro. Good restaurants across the road and adjacent to the hotel. »

« Vraiment dommage que le bar ne soit plus du coté jardin. C'est une perte énorme en terme de qualité de vie dans l'hotel. Maintenant nous devons subir le bruit de l'orchestre dans le hall car il est maintenant dans le restaurant à coté de l'accueil. C'est incroyablement décevant pour un hotel de cette qualité Nous sommes très déçus. »

« Great tasting dim sum place right next door. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean. Aside from the restaurant next door, the hotel does not have anything nearby. If you are walking, there is an overpass you can take to cross over to the other side of the freeway where there are more night life and livelier atmosphere. »

« Building is shared with another hotel so quite confusing when entering the location for shared taxi as it shows up as something else. The property is pretty nice but has a strong smell in the lobby which I guess is geared for a Zen experience. »
