« disappointing
we are used to traveling in this type of hotel; We stayed several nights: here it was dirty, the cleaning was not done in the hall or hallway, each day(napkin in picture stay 2 days in same place in hall!!) ; work in the room next to the swimming pool with debris; you have to ask for towels for the pool or gym; mediocre breakfast;
really disappointed , never again

« Excellent place to stay, with perfect service and room equipements (high qaulity fridge and freezer; real dishes). Just a bit disappointed that the usually very warm pool was cool, due to a heater problem, with no known fix date. This is unfortunate, since I usually recommend this place for relatives to stay (who appreciate a pool break). Note: an offer was made for me to use another hotel pool as a replacement. Reception and breakfast staff exceptionnal, and helpful. »

« Nous avons un chien d'assistance et nous avons été très mal reçu dès notre arrivée (faire attention à la propreté de la chambre car vous avez un chien). Le lendemain matin nous avons dû sortir de l'air des repas car j'étais accompagné de mon chien d'assistance (il était très calme pourtant, il a suivi une formation). Je peux faire quelques voyage à cause de mon chien, sans lui je dois rester à la maison. Il nous accompagne en avion et partout en voyage, c'est la première fois que nous sommes...
