« For my first time visiting in Kentucky, I’m glad I picked to stay at Regina’s Country Living. Hostess : Top notch hospitality; Regina looked out for everyone who stayed for the Kentucky Derby event like a mother. Our breakfast was homemade each morning, and it definitely brought back memories with of my grandma for Sunday and Christmas breakfast specials. Room/Home : Regina’s home had so much old southern world charm that had it not been so cool outside, that drinking a Mint Julep on the porch...

« You get what you pay for. It wasn’t clean (hair all around the sink, stained sheets). It’s not a bad place to stay but I would recommend spending a little more for a higher quality hotel. »

« On this trip, we stayed in 5 different hotels, and one (unnamed in Vergina was horrible to say the least) Our stay at the Candlewood was fantastic! Overall, the rooms were very clean and kept clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. On a long trip, it was a great add-on for the laundry room and had no additional cost to the guests. I would recommend it to anyone, and did to the family members that we went to visit. Thank you for the pleasant stay! »

« Nice hotel just off the highway. Plenty of parking available. Fast check in. The room was large and the bed was firm. They had soap, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom. The breakfast was good. They offered turkey sausage, white egg omelets, hard boiled eggs, fruit and even gluten free muffins as well as all the other items typically offered for breakfast. »

« Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!! »

« Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable. »

« The property throughout was clean, and well kept. The room itself was clean, but there were no extra linens for the pull-out in the room those had to be requested from the desk. No extra trash bags in the room. Refrigerator wasn’t the cleanest and didn’t get very cold either. Furniture in the room had lots of wear and tear, but was clean. The pool was down for maintenance and was the entire reason we chose this property. Overall, good experience. »
