« Property is amazing and home renovation and condition was outstanding, unfortunately we went on a cold weekend and the room was freezing (60°F) with no way to adjust temperature. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. These conditions resulting in almost no sleep. »

« Un séjour d'une semaine, la chambre était impeccable. Par contre, le bain-douche manquait d'un peu d'amour ! En effet, l'émail du bain était abîmé, le robinet vraiment capricieux et le jet de la pomme de douche était moyen. Il serait avantageux de le remplacer par un douche téléphone de qualité. « Stayed at Hoyt House in early April. Weather was lousy. Everything else was great. Location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores of Fernandino Beach. Everything in the Inn was in top shape, and a lot of thought clearly went into making the guests comfortable. Umbrellas when it rained. A glass of wine in the afternoon. Plenty of places to sit witha book or other activity. »
