« It was our second time staying at this beautiful hotel. The employees and the installations are amazing . Everything is also super accessible (stores, restaurants, public transportation). BUT, we had a little problem with the bathroom : it needed some work done. The very small sink needed some caulk and had almost no pressure. But overall, we had an amazing stay at the Nylo :) »

« C’était un hôtel trois-étoiles pour nous, des fois il attribue quatre ou cinq étoiles, on n’en est loin mais sinon ça fait le job pour dormir »

« The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel. »

« Chambre très confortable, localisation idéale pour visiter et en même temps très calme. Service du valet pour la voiture très pratique ! Un petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner car beaucoup de monde et difficile de s’installer et pas de fruits frais trouvés mais peut-être aussi car c’était bondé… »

« We were on the road for nearly two weeks and this was the nicest place we stayed. Another guest hit a button they thought would shutdown the fire pit on the patio, but it activated the fire alarm for the building. It woke us up and we had to evacuate. The fire department responded and cleared the code so we could return in a reasonable time. The room was great as was the breakfast. I highly recommend this facility. »
