« My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either. »

« We love this hotel and stay here every year on our trek from Maryland to Manitoba. It is always clean, always comfortable, always smells good. My kids talk about it all year- are we going to stay at our favorite hotel? After a long day of driving, it feels like coming home. We all relax immediately. There’s always ample parking, the neighborhood feels safe and calm, and you can walk to chipotle. There’s a gas station right there too, so you don’t have to drive all over to get what you need...

« this place was just okay, the bed & sheets were clean! i did like the 4 pillows. the breakfast was actually horrible for my taste< i'm not hard to please usually but the eggs were runny like the instant eggs, the bacon was also not real bacon way to salty. the lady making the batter for the pancakes & waffles were out, stated she could'nt keep up, so i didn't eat any of what they offered for the weekend. the pool was packed with kids, & i didn't swim. the only adult time was 11 to midnight.not...

« Staff were wonderful!! However, the ac did not catch up to the set temperature for several hours. When staying at a hotel, you hope to sleep, and I did not. »

« Hotel très mal tenu. Très très sale. Tout est cassé, abîmé. Le ménage n'est pas bien fait des cotons tiges sales traînent sur le sol. Moquette et couvre lit sales. Crasseux, miteux. En travaux en plus partout des ordures trainent. Une honte surtout ne vous arrêtez pas ici. Petit dejeuner immonde, dégoûtant.... Jamais vu un Hôtel aussi répugnant. »

« That staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Working as a travel nurse they were very helpful in getting me set up and a room each and every time I needed a room the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel 100 times over, very well managed! »

« From the outside, it looks like a truckers motel. Right next to a truck stop. Duh. When I checked there was no one at the desk and access to the rooms was wide open. No interior security. The room itself was ok. Bathroom was eh. The shower was not very strong. The supplied soap and shampoo, dried my skin out terribly so. The one shinning star in this was, I lost my room key and had to wake the host up after 1:30am. They did come and get me into my room and issued another key. Found...
